Certificate of Graduate Study,  Biomedical Sciences

In order to be considered for this program, a student must have completed a baccalaureate degree in the sciences from an accredited university in the United States (foreign students should contact the program director for eligibility information).  A prospective student must have received an education that offers the potential for professional school admission.  Prospective students will need a solid background in both Biology and Chemistry through the level of Organic Chemistry. 

The following are required for admission to the certificate program:

  • An undergraduate GPA of 2.8 or better (on a 4.0 scale)

  •  GRE combined score of 1100 (verbal and quantitative) or better

  • and/or an MCAT score of 21 or greater

  • and/or a DAT score of 18 or greater
