take you to the Graduate School's on-line application site.
Your first step will be to set up an account with the system
including a user name and password.
On this
site you may:

Upload and save your information

Make corrections to your data
-
Submit your application when you are ready
You may
also have your letters of recommendation sent electronically
to the site
During
the application process, you will:

Fill in your personal data and education history
-
Submit your personal statement telling us why you wish
to join our Certificate in Biomedical Sciences
program.

Select a degree program. It is very important that
you select the correct program. Click on Select a
degree program and scroll down the page to
Medicine-Graduate. You should then select
Biomedical Studies - Certificate of Graduate Study

The
form asks of your scores on several tests but does not
include the MCAT, DAT etc. Leave the scores blank
but do fill in the names of referees on this page.

On
the next page, fill in the information requested and do
not forget to click on I agree.

Then you can save your data and come back or you can
click on submit to complete the process
We
shall shortly have a supplementary page on which you can add
extra data such as MCAT or DAT scores. In the meantime,
